When can I expect my items?

We strive to get you your products as quickly as possible. All orders will be delivered within 30 business days of your order. We will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it leaves the facility. Please note, if you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments in order to speed up delivery time. All hat orders will be shipped the by the batch separately.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?

If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder. If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us at support@beergears.com.

How do I track my order?

After we have shipped your order, you will be receiving a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 7-14 days to receive your tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our website.

The tracking number states that my shipment was delivered but I did not receive it?

Unfortunately, we are not the carrier. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we do not have control how or where the package will be delivered. Please contact the carrier and have them locate the package for you.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! An order of 50 items or more are eligible to receive a bulk discount. Please contact our customer service team (support@beergears.com) for the discount code.

How do I cancel my order?

All orders are automatically sent over to our production team. Please contact our customer service team (support@beergears.com) within 1 hour of placing your order and we will attempt to cancel it. Please note that if your order is already in the production phase, we cannot cancel your order. We do not guarantee that any order placed on our store Please return your order back to us for a refund if you still want to return it.

What is the Return Policy?

We provide a 30 day return for all customers. Please refer to our Return Policy Page for our full and updated return policy. All customers are required to pay for return shipment back to us. Please send us an email (support@beergears.com) to obtain the return shipment address.
